Thank you :)·        Standard packaging method is with bubblewrap (+ice pack for chocolates) and flyer bag, while carton box will only be provided for bulk order. Beehive chocolate will accept no liability for damaged products due to mishandling during delivery or melting from the weather. Items may be delivered dented (or slightly out of shape due to mishandling during delivery & our sunny weather) but rest assured that the content is safe and secured.·        Refund: for returned items due to rejection / unclaimed, a partial refund can be arranged with deduction of courier charge, handling & processing fee (rm8) and subject to the condition of the items being returned.·        Returns: as chocolates are perishable items, returns are only allowed if they arrive in a very poor shape or form caused during the delivery process. Receivers are advised to inform us within the day of receiving to ensure fairness of judgement. Beehive chocolate will not entertain any reports made after the delivery day.
