It's a red wine with great structure, elegant complexity and a really warm and spicy bouquet, with raisin fruit flavor. It requires a period of drying the grapes and an aging in oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Red color tending towards garnet with aging; intense aroma of red fruits and Marasca cherries, dry, very savory, harmonious and well-balanced flavour, with a pleasant cherry aftertaste.

Recommended with: cured meats, tasty first courses, white meats, poultry, mature cheeses.
