The franciacorta brut "cabochon" of monte rossa is one of the most successful bubbles of all franciacorta, a prized unique blend of elegance, personality and power. A unique wine that has established itself among the labels of this winery since the year of its first production. This franciacorta was born from the research, begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of the crus of the monte rossa hill and of a new winemaking system that introduced the use of barriques for the first fermentation of the must. Today this franciacorta represents one of the absolute points of reference in the production of the area: a wine whose regularity of the vintage has developed an extractive potential and an acid-sapid calibration capable of ensuring a very long life without, however, compromising its marked pleasantness at the time of tasting.
