Listerine total care mouthwash complements the oral care routine with a zero-alcohol formula. Firstly, it offers 12 hours of protection against bacteria, reaching places that brushing alone cannot and working below the gum line and in between the teeth. As such, it prevents gum problems, cavities and plaque. Secondly, due to the fluoride present in its formula, it strengthens enamel. Hence protecting against tooth decay. Main ingredients

· Sodium fluoride is a mineral that strengthens enamel and protects it from acid attacks. Moreover, it prevents tooth decay and cavities. As such, it decreases teeth sensitivity;

· Menthol, found in mint, kills bacteria in the mouth, preventing gingival bleeding and soothing swelling;

· Benzoic acid prevents infection caused by bacteria and treats skin inflammation and irritation;

How to use

Apply listerine total care mouthwash twice a day after brushing your teeth. Firstly, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Then, pour 20ml into a glass and rinse around gums and teeth for about 30 seconds. Finally, spit it out.
